Delete your account and data

There are two ways to delete a Noovia account: yourself inside the app, or by email request if the app is already uninstalled. Below is exactly what gets erased, and when.

Deletion cannot be undone

Noovia deletes data for real rather than flagging the account as disabled. Along with the account, the cloud backup and the local database with photos on your device are erased. Nobody — not you, not us — can restore your pet’s history afterwards.

OPTION 1
In the app
The fastest route: deletion starts immediately and usually takes a few seconds.

Open Noovia and sign in if you are signed out

Go to Owner profile

Choose Delete account and confirm

If you are asked to sign in again, that is the normal identity check before deletion

By email request
Use this if the app is already uninstalled, the device is lost, or sign-in fails.

We confirm receipt and delete the account with its cloud backup within 30 days, usually within a few days. Local records in this case stay on the device until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

What is deleted and what may remain

  • The account and sign-in data (email, identifier, Google or Apple sign-in)
  • Owner profile: first name, last name, date of birth
  • All pet records: profiles, medical card, vaccinations, surgeries, treatments, microchip data, calendar, diary, weight, walks and photos
  • Game progress: XP, streaks, badges, coins and habits

  • Support correspondence — up to a year, if you wrote to us
  • Technical logs of the infrastructure provider (cloud.ru) — per their retention, without the content of your records
  • Data we are legally required to retain — only to the extent the law prescribes
The Privacy Policy lists exactly what goes into the cloud backup and what lives on the device only.

Uninstalling the app is not deleting the account

You uninstall the app
The local database goes with the app, but the account and cloud backup remain. Your data returns if you install Noovia again and sign in.
You sign out
Nothing is deleted: your records stay both on the device and in the cloud. But the app needs an account, so it will ask you to sign in again.
You delete the account
Both the cloud and the local records with photos are erased. There is no going back.

Take the medical card with you first
The pet screen exports the medical card and care plan to PDF — do that before deleting the account. If you need a machine-readable copy of the cloud data, write to us and we will prepare it within 30 days.
